New Construction

Rough-in and trim-out for homes, additions, and builds.

Licensed & Insured in PA · 5.0★ · 100+ Google reviews · Serving 5 PA counties

New construction electrical runs in two phases. Rough-in goes in after framing, before insulation and drywall. Trim-out comes after finish work, when devices, fixtures, and the panel cover go on. We get involved early, review the plans before framing starts, and flag panel locations or circuit conflicts before they become problems. On the build day, we show up when we say, run clean, and hand off labeled and documented work to whatever trade follows us.

Common questions

At what stage should I bring in the electrician?

Before framing is done if you can. Getting us on the plans early means we catch panel placement and circuit layout problems before the walls are up. The actual rough-in happens after framing and once the roof is on, before insulation and drywall go in.

Do you handle the inspections?

Yes. We coordinate the rough-in and final inspections so that paperwork never holds up your next phase.

Can you work alongside other trades?

Every day. We talk to the GC, the plumber, and the HVAC crew before we run anything so our wire isn't fighting their pipe and duct for the same cavity. The trade that doesn't communicate is the one that causes the rework.
